Nice n easy Brings Flavor to the Piraeus Tower with Four Different Concepts

One by one, the pieces of the experience that the Piraeus Tower will offer its visitors are falling into place, finally bringing life to the building after many years of silence. The responsibility for the flavors rests exclusively with the popular group of gourmet and bio-healthy restaurants, nice n easy, which will unfold four different concepts spread across approximately 2,000 square meters of indoor and outdoor spaces, all with a sea view. “It’s a very important project for us, which we took on with absolute respect for Piraeus and its history, which will come to life in the atmosphere along with the glamour of past eras, uniting these concepts,” explains Manos Gavras, a close partner of the group’s founders, Dimitris Christoforidis and Christos Athanasiadis.

“Imagine a sort of food market where you wander from experience to experience,” he adds, trying to encapsulate in a few words the central idea around which this challenging and demanding project was created. The journey begins with the “nice n easy cafe” section, which has just started operating, offering a rich range of special pastries and pies, such as tomato and gruyere pie with arseniko cheese and Naxos gruyere, cakes, sweets, salads, and sandwiches with different types of bread. In the future, some daily cooked dishes will be added, which, like the others, can be enjoyed on-site or to go.

The journey continues in the indoor and outdoor space of the “nice n easy bistro,” which will bring the signature culinary concept of Kolonaki to Piraeus, with its healthy approach, selected products from small Greek producers, organic raw materials, and all the other elements that outline the group’s philosophy. The “Majestic” will be the most private and formal restaurant of the Tower, serving as a reminder of the old glamour of the Onassis era, with an atmosphere inspired by the salon of a luxury yacht, featuring polished wood, waiters dressed in bow ties and vests, and modern flavors with an emphasis on fine meat.

The last piece in this rich mosaic of ideas for every moment of the day is the open-air restaurant “Cloud 9,” which will turn into a club at night with guest DJs and special events orchestrated by Giannis Gerontakis. All the venues will start operating gradually until the beginning of September, while the menus for each space, plus a special sushi menu that will be served everywhere, are being created by nice n easy’s culinary director Kostas Athanasiou in collaboration with the group’s executive chef Theologos Amiras and the Tower’s executive chef Giorgos Nestoridis.
